SMS Communications Consent — Croskey Real Estate
By providing your phone number to Croskey Real Estate, you consent to receive text messages (SMS) related to your property, including:
- Property status updates and portfolio summaries
- Rent collection confirmations and payment reminders
- Lease renewal notifications and signing requests
- Maintenance request updates and work order approvals
- Verification codes for identity confirmation
- Alerts requiring your attention or approval
Message Frequency: Varies based on your property activity. Expect 2–10 messages per month.
Opt-In: You consent to receive messages when you (a) provide your phone number during the onboarding process with Croskey Real Estate, (b) initiate a text message to our business number, or (c) text SUBSCRIBE to our business number. Proactive notifications such as monthly portfolio summaries are opt-in only — you must text SUBSCRIBE to enable them.
Opt-Out: Text STOP at any time to stop all messages. Text “stop updates” to pause proactive notifications only. You will receive a confirmation message. Opting out of SMS does not affect your property management agreement.
Opt Back In: Text START to resubscribe.
